1. The short version
This site sets no cookies of its own. It installs no analytics, no advertising tag and no social widget, so nothing here follows you between websites. The only value the site itself writes is a single entry in your browser's local storage, and it exists so that the information notice at the bottom of the page does not reappear on every visit.
Separately, Cloudflare, Inc. delivers and protects these pages as a content delivery network. Where its security features engage, Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie of its own and may serve a small delivery-diagnostics script. That happens at the network level, on the provider's own behalf; it is described below so that the list on this page is complete rather than convenient.

There is no fourth row. No cookie on this site measures audience, tests layouts or builds an advertising profile, because no such tool is installed.
3. What the notice at the bottom of the page does
The notice is informational. Because the site sets nothing that would require permission, neither button switches a tracker on or off — there is no tracker to switch. Accept and Decline write the same single key described in the table, with a different short value, and then hide the notice. Nothing else happens, nothing is sent anywhere, and the pages behave identically either way.
4. The Cloudflare diagnostics script
Cloudflare may add a small script to pages it delivers in order to report loading measurements such as Core Web Vitals back to the network. It is injected by the provider rather than written into these files, it reports timings rather than identities, and it is documented here because pretending it does not exist would be inaccurate. Details of Cloudflare's handling of that data are published by Cloudflare itself.
5. How to control any of this
- Clearing site data for pulsefable.com in your browser removes the local storage key and any Cloudflare cookie. The notice then appears once more on your next visit.
- Every current browser can block or restrict cookies for a single site or for all sites, in Settings under Privacy, Cookies or Site data.
- Private or incognito windows discard both cookies and local storage when the window closes.
- Blocking the strictly necessary Cloudflare cookies is possible, but a security check may then be shown more often.
6. Changes and questions
If a storage key is ever added or removed, this table is updated before the change goes live and the date at the top of the page moves forward.
